Trading, software and partner roles
Stelaxis Markets and Stelaxis Edge describe different activities. The trading entity, software provider and any onboarding partner may be different legal persons. Your relationship documents identify the parties and their respective responsibilities.
Markets / Trading as principal
Our trading role
Stelaxis Markets trades as principal, entering into transactions for its own account and using its own capital. Its role in execution and the identity of the contracting parties are set out in the relevant agreement.
The relevant trading entity and counterparty are identified before a trading relationship begins.
Edge / Software as a Service
Stelaxis UK Ltd
Provides software, connectivity, workflow and operational tooling. An Edge subscription does not itself create a trading, brokerage, custody or investment-advisory relationship with Stelaxis UK Ltd.
Users retain their own provider relationships, subject to their separate agreements.
Partner-supported relationships
Onboarding and legal arrangements
In relevant European arrangements, partners holding MiFID authorisations provide onboarding and the legal framework, while Stelaxis executes transactions as principal within the agreed arrangement. The applicable partner and its role depend on the product, jurisdiction and agreed structure.
A partner's authorisation applies to that partner and its permitted activities. It does not automatically confer authorisation on Stelaxis or cover every digital asset product.
Before proceeding, confirm the full legal names of the parties, the partner's regulator and relevant permissions, the product scope, the execution and settlement model, and the applicable complaints route. The relationship documents set out the binding terms; this website does not replace them.
Eligibility and important disclosures
This website is intended for institutions and professional market participants. Access depends on the product, jurisdiction, counterparty assessment, onboarding and agreed contractual arrangements. Sending an enquiry does not establish a trading account, guarantee access or determine a regulatory client classification.
Information on this website is general product information. It is not investment, legal or tax advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer to enter into a transaction. Do not use the site or seek a product where doing so would be contrary to applicable law.
Instruments, integrations, pricing and execution arrangements are confirmed for the particular relationship. Descriptions of capabilities are not a guarantee of a price, fill, return, execution speed or uninterrupted availability.
Risk disclosures
Digital assets, derivatives and financing arrangements involve significant risk. You may lose capital. The following is a general overview; consider the specific product disclosures and contractual terms before entering into a transaction.
Market and liquidity risk
Prices can move sharply and liquidity can fall or disappear. A position may be difficult to close at an expected price or time. Indicative prices may change, and order size and market conditions can affect execution.
Derivatives, leverage and collateral
Derivatives can magnify gains and losses. Depending on the contract, losses may exceed an initial payment or margin. Margin calls, collateral requirements, early termination and liquidation may arise under the agreed terms.
Counterparty and financing risk
A trading counterparty, borrower, lender or other provider may fail to perform its obligations. Collateral can lose value or be difficult to realise. A financing arrangement's rates, repayment obligations and enforcement rights depend on its contract.
Settlement and digital asset risk
Transfers may be delayed, rejected or irreversible. Incorrect network or address details can cause loss. Stablecoins may deviate from their reference value, and issuer or redemption arrangements may fail.
Technology and third-party dependencies
Networks, venues, custodians, APIs and software can experience outages, errors or cyber incidents. Data and index calculations may be delayed or inaccurate. Software controls do not eliminate trading or operational risk.
Conflicts and statutory protections
When trading as principal, Stelaxis has its own economic interests in the transactions it enters into. Understand the capacity in which each party acts and the pricing and execution terms you agree.
Do not assume a deposit guarantee, investor-compensation or ombudsman scheme applies. Ask the relevant contracting entity to confirm any applicable protections or complaint rights for your product, jurisdiction and client classification.
Legal and regulatory change
Rules, restrictions and the treatment of digital assets can change, affecting access, enforceability, trading or settlement. Each party remains responsible for understanding its own obligations.

Complaints and contact
For a complaint about Stelaxis, email complains@stelaxis.com with “Complaint” in the subject. Include your organisation, the relevant product or relationship, key dates, a description of the issue and the outcome you are seeking. Do not include passwords, private keys or other access credentials.
If your complaint concerns an authorised partner's onboarding or services, use the complaints process identified in that partner's documents. Any statutory escalation rights depend on the relevant entity, activity and jurisdiction.
