1. Acceptance of these terms

These Website Terms of Use (these “Terms”) govern your access to and use of stelaxis.com (the “Site”), operated by Stelaxis UK Ltd (“Stelaxis”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About the site

The Site provides general information about Stelaxis Markets and Stelaxis Edge. It is not a trading, dealing or settlement venue. No price can be quoted or accepted, and no transaction can be entered into or settled, through the Site.

Stelaxis Markets trades as principal, entering into transactions for its own account and using its own capital, with eligible institutions under separate written agreements. Stelaxis UK Ltd provides Edge software under a separate software agreement. The trading entity, any authorised partner and their roles are identified in the relevant relationship documents. 3. Institutional audience only

The Site is intended for institutions and professional market participants acting in a business capacity. It is not directed at consumers or retail investors, and they should not rely on it.

Access to any product depends on the product, jurisdiction, counterparty assessment, onboarding and agreed contractual arrangements. Sending an enquiry does not establish a trading account, guarantee access or determine a regulatory client classification.

4. Information only; no offer or advice

Content on the Site is general product information. Nothing on the Site:

• is an offer, solicitation or invitation to enter into a transaction with Stelaxis;
• is investment, legal, tax or other professional advice, or a personal recommendation; or
• creates an advisory, fiduciary, brokerage or other client relationship with Stelaxis.

Instruments, integrations, pricing and trading arrangements are confirmed for each relationship. Descriptions of capabilities are not a guarantee of a price, fill, return, speed or uninterrupted availability. Do not rely on the Site as a basis for a transaction.

5. Accuracy and forward-looking statements

We aim to keep the Site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that its content is complete, current or error-free. We may change or withdraw content without notice.

Some content, including descriptions of the Stelaxis Edge roadmap and AI agents, describes intended or future capabilities. These statements reflect our current plans. They are not commitments, and the plans may change.

6. Availability and local law

We do not warrant that the Site will be available or uninterrupted. The Site and the products it describes are not available in every jurisdiction. Do not use the Site or seek a product where doing so would be contrary to applicable law. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

7. Permitted use

You may view and use the Site for your own lawful business purposes. You must not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access to it or to connected systems, introduce malicious code, or interfere with its operation.

8. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Stelaxis owns or licenses the content, design, names, logos and software presented on the Site. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without our permission.

Names of third-party products and services shown on the Site belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

9. Third-party links and AI assistants

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Stelaxis does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Some links open third-party AI assistants with a pre-written question about Stelaxis. Their answers are generated by those services. Stelaxis does not write, review or endorse them, and they are not part of the Site's content. For information about Stelaxis, rely on the Site and your relationship documents.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information received through the Site.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions and other terms that might otherwise be implied into these Terms.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stelaxis excludes liability arising from reliance on Site content or from the availability or use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page with a new “last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after that date means you accept the revised Terms.

15. General

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. A delay or failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of it.

These Terms apply only to the Site. They do not replace a trading agreement, partner onboarding terms, an Edge software agreement or a data processing agreement. The documents agreed for the relevant product govern that relationship.
